Our Policy on Timing: We always endeaver to get your report done at the earliest possible time. In fact, many times if you select "standard" service, we may be able to perform your inspection within 1-2 days. If, however, you need guaranteed service within 2 days or less, this may necessitate us to forego or re-schedule other pre-scheduled services in order to accomodate your order, hence the additional rush charges.

Our Policy on Distance: We service most metro areas in the five Panhandle counties for our standard price. If, however, the property to be inspected is more than 20 miles outside of our standard service area, a distance surcharge may be applicable - we will notify you if this is the case.
